Taye Product Warranty Information
In order to meet the highest standard in quality and playing performance, Taye products are designed and manufactured with the best materials and by the highest standard of craftsmanship. Original Purchase Limited Warranty
Taye Drums, hardware, accessories, and stands, except as noted, purchased through Taye authorized dealer network are guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship up to the maximum of original retail purchase price.

Warranty Coverage & Time Period
Warranty coverage is not transferable and shall be valid by item and subject to terms and conditions indicated below. A copy of the original purchase receipt and original package must be included for all warranty claims.

Shell (shell packs, drum sets): Drum shells are covered under a limited five (5)-years warranty from the date of the original purchase against material failure, splitting, ply separation, and going out of round as a result of manufacturing. Defects caused as a result of normal wear and tear, handling, negligence, temperature, humidity, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes are not covered under this warranty.

Hardware, Stands & Pedals: Drum hardware, stands, and pedals are covered under a limited one (1)-year warranty from the date of the original purchase against material failure. Defects caused as a result of normal wear and tear, handling, negligence, temperature, humidity, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes are not covered under this warranty.

Finish & Hoops: Finish and hoops are guaranteed against material failure and manufactured defects for a period of one (1)-year from the date of the original purchase. Defects caused as a result of normal wear and tear, handling, negligence, temperature, humidity, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes are not covered under this warranty.

Items listed in the following will not be covered under Taye Limited Warranty:
Drum heads, plating, pedal beaters, springs, snare stripes, normal wear and tear items, damage caused from shipping and transportation.

Owner’s Responsibility:
It is important that the owner/user be familiar with the proper maintenance and use of their TAYE instrument. Keep this warranty and proof of purchase in a safe place. Be prepared to provide purchase information to avoid difficulties in determining eligibility for warranty protection. Owner/user must maintain the product without alternation, negligent use, misuse, abuse, modify, improper operation, or exposure to extreme conditions.

To Obtain Warranty Service: A warranty return should be handled by an authorized Taye dealer from which the instruments were purchased. All repairs under terms of this Warranty must be handled by Taye USA. Instrument must be shipped freight prepaid and RMA(return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained and affixed in a visible position outside of the package before shipping. Taye USA will then inspect and evaluate the extent of warranty coverage and notify dealer of claimant. When returning the products for service under this Warranty, proof of purchase and/or sales receipt is required.

Warranty Limitations: This limited Warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either express or implied and is subject to the limitations contained herein. It is extended to the original retail purchaser only and not transferable. Original Sales Receipt is required. This warranty gives specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and could affect this warranty.
